Finally Here It Is

This website has effectively taken me nine years to complete. Not that I’ve been making it for that long, but like a builder with a crummy house, I make websites all day long and just haven’t ever really got round to it… until now.

I am originally from Christchurch, New Zealand where I studied for Bachelor of Commerce double major in Computer Science and Information Systems at the University of Canterbury, and the New Zealand Diploma of Business at Christchurch College of Education.

My background is with web site design and development. I am proficient using XHTML, CSS, PHP and ASP. I have been self-employed over the past nine years and have produced a large number of web sites over this time for a variety of clients.

I have an excellent coding standard, XHTML and CSS markup is thoroughly tested for cross-browser compatibility and meets W3C standards. I also have exposure to SEO principles and best practices, design ability, excellent hand coding ability and great communication skills. I am comfortable collaborating with others and have a real passion for the web.
